There is an issue with the management outcomes being unsatisfactory, despite the critical function of teaching management in college music education. Teaching management in college music education is a challenge that the conventional management model fails to address and provide the desired outcomes. In light of this need, the authors of this work suggest a framework for managing classroom instruction. The first step is to examine the TM system using the J2EE architecture, and then to implement indicators in accordance with the TM needs. Separate and minimize disruptions in classroom management instruction. The next steps include developing a program for managing music education in higher education, designing the J2EE architecture for use in that program, and finally, conducting a thorough evaluation of the program’s efficacy. The MATLAB simulation demonstrates that the college music education teaching management system is quick and efficient under certain assessment conditions. Compared to the standard management style, the amount of time spent educating and supervising is superior.
