An issue with incorrect system placement exists, notwithstanding the importance of corpus management system design and execution in English language instruction. The English teaching corpus has design issues that traditional manual administration cannot fix, and the results are unsatisfactory. As a result, this study analyses the corpus management system and suggests its design and implementation based on a C/S environment. Then, based on the theory of computer network architecture, a plan is developed for the design and execution of an environmental corpus management system (C/S), and the outcomes of this plan are thoroughly evaluated. According to the MATLAB simulation results, when compared to traditional manual management, the C/S environment the accuracy and timeliness of corpus management system design, according to certain evaluation criteria.
