College English resources are the foundation of education and an effective means to improve the teaching effect. English resources play an important role in comprehensive classification and holistic analysis. Therefore, this paper puts forward a cluster analysis method to integrate college English education resources, promote the improvement of its reduction effect, and realize the effective utilization of resources, with the improvement degree of more than 30%. Moreover, the satisfaction and matching degree of resources and needs reach more than 80%. This shows that in the process of cluster analysis, English resources have been significantly utilized and improved.
