The main reason is that there are some problems in the process of mechanical translation. Therefore, this paper proposes a machine translation method and optimizes it. The optimization rate can improve the accuracy of machine translation by more than 30%. The accuracy rate of English translation is over 70%. Therefore, in the process of translating Chinese into English and Dutch, the translation effect can be improved. Therefore, mechanical translation can promote English translation and later recognition, and achieve its overall excellence.
