Human resources, as the most precious resource of society, are an indispensable and important factor in promoting economic development and realizing the improvement of people’s living standards. However, there are many problems in human resource management in our country. Therefore, studying the evaluation and improvement of the effect of human resource training is a way to make enterprise human resource management easier. Based on basic network technology, this paper conducts research on the evaluation and improvement model of human resource training through experimental design and questionnaire survey. The results of the questionnaire show that 68.7% of people want to conduct training effect evaluation and improved model design. Therefore, the research topic of this article is of practical significance.
