Network education resources are comprehensive contents and resources for systematic and learning. However, the comprehensiveness and application degree of each resource have a significant effect on educational effect. However, there are problems in the current realization and system design of network education resources in colleges and universities, so it is necessary to use intelligent analysis methods to carry out overall planning and promotion. The results show that improving the analysis method through online educational resources and system settings can effectively improve the educational effect, and the improvement range is more than 20%, which can make the satisfaction of the network interest rate reduction effect reach more than 85%. Therefore, through the network education and system setting in colleges and universities, comprehensive analysis can be realized, and the analysis effect and content can be improved.
