Optimization of College Physical Education Curriculum Management System and the Construction of Service Functions Based on Artificial Intelligence

Since the dawn of AI, the current system for managing educational administration has been fine-tuned and enhanced on a regular basis. Now that we live in the Internet age, students and the general public may interact via streaming media. In order to create a new system for managing educational administration and its services, the physical education department will draw on the existing teaching service system. This article's goal is to help college and university administrators improve their physical education course management systems by building AI-based service functionalities. Academic staff, instructors, students, and others involved in the day-to-day operations of a university’s educational administration management system are the focus of this article’s research and analysis, which then proceeds to dissect and integrate the system’s many business modules in order to extract its many functional modules. Management of teachers, lesson plans, scheduling, and systems are all part of this. We break down the sub-functions of each functional module and examine their corresponding specific business processes. The survey data analysis shows that students are most concerned about two functions that should be added to the physical education management system: online course selection and query functions (with 263 respondents accounting for 90.69%) and physical education results query functions (with 232 respondents accounting for 80%). Similarly, this is the primary role of the system for managing educational administration in sports.
