Teacher evaluation is a dynamic and complex process, but in the process of teacher evaluation, IOSODATA can be introduced for analysis, on the basis of this analysis, this paper analyzes the data of teachers' teaching content, practice content, teachers' comprehensive situation and objective feedback from students in higher vocational colleges, and makes in-depth judgments to output the final teacher evaluation results, and shows that the method proposed in this paper can improve teachers' teaching level and deepen the conversion rate from theory to practice. And strengthen the communication between teachers and students, the improvement rate is greater than 45%, and the students' satisfaction with the teacher's evaluation reaches more than 80%, and the existing educational resources can be actively used, the utilization rate reaches more than 75.16%, and actively communicate with students, realize the effective interaction between teachers and students, deepen students' learning, knowledge points and related learning interests, realize relevant optimization, and promote students to expand their own knowledge, and the expansion rate reaches 20%, therefore, With the assistance of the IOSODATA method in this paper, the teaching level of teachers can be improved, so that it can be more in line with the actual needs of higher vocational teaching.
