The research on artistic creation guidance and diversified talent training mode of data mining algorithm in education is to analyze the effect of data mining algorithm on art education. The main purpose of this study is to determine the factors that affect the quality and efficiency of art education, which can be used as an effective tool to improve the quality of education. The focus of this study is to develop a data mining algorithm for artistic creation and diversified talent training mode. The algorithm will be used in the education system to analyze and predict the quality of works of art, and select students who are more likely to succeed. Because this project needs to invest a lot of money in many stages: from developing algorithms, designing experiments that can test them, building hardware (such as computers), and hiring people with appropriate skills (artists and programmers) to engage in this project. The research method adopted is qualitative, focusing on the analysis based on personal experience and observation through interviews with teachers, students, parents and other experts. In this study, descriptive statistics, correlation analysis and regression analysis were used to analyze the variables that affect the quality of education.
