There is an issue with erroneous result evaluation, notwithstanding the critical significance of teaching management mode in building grassroots teaching organizations in higher education. When it comes to building grassroots teaching organizations in colleges and universities, the standard management model is ill-suited to handle the teaching management problem, and the assessment is also unrealistic. A data mining approach is thus suggested for use in this paper's analysis of the optimization and inventive style of teaching management. It all starts with evaluating grassroots groups through the lens of teaching management theory. Indicators are then classified according to the model's criteria and eliminated interference elements. The theory of teaching management then develops a model for managing college courses offered through grassroots organizations, examines this model, and draws conclusions. Thorough analysis of the results was performed. The data mining algorithm's efficacy on the grassroots organization's manner of managing college instruction may be demonstrated through MATLAB simulations, provided that specific assessment criteria are met. The standard of instruction is higher than that of more conventional forms of administration.

摘要
