There are diversification problems with information management in colleges and universities, which is a shame because information management is a crucial tool for personnel normative constraints, scheduling and distribution, and information mastery in the modern world. College students need more comprehensive information about campus life and career orientation, and the current management style is unable to provide it. In light of this, the authors of this work suggest a smart algorithm for analyzing the building of novel management information systems. One step in minimizing system design disturbing elements is using an intelligent system to select and assess college students. Then, based on the system construction model, the students are classified into levels. Next, a system construction scheme is developed based on the diverse information provided by school pupils. Then, a comprehensive analysis is carried out using the system building model. When it comes to standard weighing, the smart algorithm ensures that the database of college students is secure. When compared to the current management paradigm, the system’s building time and degree of simplicity are superior.
