The rapid development of telemedicine teaching system has brought convenience to people. At the same time, the mining of resources has wasted a lot of valuable time and brought unnecessary troubles. Accurate and timely access to target resources has become an urgent problem to be solved. Based on this, a method of target resource mining of TCM pharmacology course for distance medical teaching is proposed. In this study, the resources to be excavated in the course of traditional Chinese medicine pharmacology were expressed. Expand mining target keywords to ensure the comprehensiveness of mining. The DRMM model is used to calculate the correlation score of resource correspondence. According to the size of the score, the resources with higher scores are selected as the target resources of TCM pharmacology curriculum. The results show that the Top N Rank, MRR and MAP indicators are relatively larger under the application of the research method, which indicates that the mining ability of the research method is stronger and the mining effect is better.
