As the country has developed, the government has proposed documents to improve teachers' teaching and research skills and to improve their qualifications. Research on groups of teachers has encountered a mixture of subjectivity, blindness and lies. To address these issues, a group of professional language teachers in this primary school sought to use data mining techniques to improve research activities. Before starting the research, data mining techniques should scientifically analyse the teachers' research needs and develop a targeted research plan. The study used data analysis techniques to improve research methods and to provide in-depth guidance on the content of teacher education. Teacher research models based on data mining techniques have produced scientific, relevant and practical results, but face many issues that require further research.
