A reasonable drilling team is crucial for the safe and efficient completion of drilling tasks. At present, there is no established quantitative method for selecting drilling teams in the drilling area based on factors such as complex well construction experience, construction performance, engineering quality, technical indicators, and safety and environmental protection, taking into account comprehensive factors such as performance, quality, technology, and safety and environmental protection. This article comprehensively considers factors such as key well experience, construction performance, engineering quality, technical indicators, and safety and environmental protection to establish a drilling team selection of first - and second-class indicators, innovate the evaluation index feature level method, and establish a quantitative model of drilling team operation level within different evaluation time ranges. Taking A oilfield as an example, the model is used to evaluate the construction team of well B in the drilling area. The feature level of drilling team 1 is level 1, and the feature level of drilling team 2 is level 3. That is, drilling team 1 should be selected for construction in the drilling area. The quantitative method for optimizing the drilling team in the target area proposed in this article provides a theoretical basis for selecting drilling teams with rich construction experience, good engineering quality, excellent technical indicators, and high safety and environmental protection evaluation, and helps to ensure safe and efficient drilling operations in the drilling area.

摘要
