Study on the Remodeling Process of Marl Reservoirs
摘要
Aiming at the problems of low porosity, low acid-etching conductivity, and overall poor physical properties of marl reservoirs, it was difficult to achieve breakthroughs by using acid fracturing technology in the early stage. Research on the marl carbonate reservoirs was carried out through experiments such as rock mechanics, in-situ stress, and acid-rock reaction. The results show that the core has a low Young's modulus and a large Poisson's ratio, which restricts the extension of fractures. There are many acid-soluble substances, the acid-rock reaction rate is low, and the acid etching effect is poor, resulting in unsatisfactory acid fracturing results in the early stage. Based on the acid etching conductivity experiment, it is proposed to replace the conventional acid fracturing process with the sand fracturing remodeling process, adopting the method of mainly using fracturing and adding acid to the fluid. The slick water has a moderately weak water sensitivity, low cost, and good drag reduction performance, and can be selected as the main fluid for sand fracturing. Therefore, the marl carbonate reservoirs are suitable for sand fracturing remodeling. By using the slick water system and segmental sand addition in horizontal wells, the reservoir remodeling effect can be improved.
