The utilization of computer vision for recognizing user’s hand gestures to control devices or remote applications at airports has gained increasing attention after the COVID pandemic. Since human hand gestures are limited and challenging to memorize and configure, this paper presents a method to generate control codes by concatenating individual hand gesture recognitions. This concatenation enhances user memorization and ease of use, while also enabling a wider range of control codes to be produced.
