The aviation sector, referred to as a locomotive sector by countries, continues to grow day by day. While the increasing demand for the sector allows for an increase in operational profitability, it also leads to a rise in environmental damage. The sector has started to incorporate various technological developments to minimize the contribution of fossil fuel consumption to global warming and climate change. One of the pioneering advancements is the use of the concept known as More Electric Aircraft in aircraft structures. In this study, scientific research related to More Electric Aircraft has been evaluated using the bibliometric analysis method. Data obtained from the Web of Science was analyzed using the R Analysis program. As a result of the study, it was found that 1335 scientific publications were produced; the annual growth rate of scientific publications was 10.06%, and a total of 3964 keywords were used in these scientific publications.
