Silver nanowires (NW Ag) are considered ideal for forming and manufacturing semiconductor films with derivatives such as graphene quantum dots (GQDs) and PEDOT:PSS due to their environmental friendliness as well as their cheap price. The characteristics of organic semiconductor sensors using NW Ag as a “functional” material were discussed and compared in terms of their mechanical properties and applications in civil aviation.
