Performance Analysis of LS-DYNA High-Pressure Water Jet Assisted Single Gouge Cutting Hard Nodule-Containing Coal Rock
摘要
Thin coal seams have complex geological structure, and the seams contain hard nodules and gangue, which leads to the increase of the load of the cutter teeth and mining difficulties. In order to improve the cutting efficiency of interceptor teeth of coal mining machine, this paper takes the drum interceptor teeth of MG2 × 70/325-BWD coal mining machine as the research object, and carries out the flow-solid coupling simulation based on LS-DYNA to analyze the drag reduction effect of water jet assisted cutting. By comparing the simulation models without water jet and with different incidence angles, it is found that water jet can significantly reduce the cutting resistance and specific energy consumption. The results show that the closer the incidence angle is to the vertical coal wall, the lower the resistance of the cutter. The optimal working condition is 90°, when the cutting efficiency is the highest and the resistance is the smallest.
