Successful digital transformation depends on the awareness of the human aspects influencing the adoption of Artificial Intelligence technologies, which are becoming more and more integrated into workplace operations. Using the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) as a theoretical framework, this study examines the behavioural intention of Greek employees to use AI products. During this study, 168 valid replies were obtained using a questionnaire that was given to various industries. The results demonstrate that the largest predictors of intention to use AI are performance expectancy and effort expectancy, whereas enabling conditions and social influence have moderate effects that are influenced by contextual and individual factors. A human-centred approach to AI integration is supported by this study, which emphasises the significance of inclusive training, digital upskilling, and culturally sensitive implementation tactics.

摘要
