Study and Analysis of Open Loop and Closed Loop Characteristics of Current Feedback Amplifier 695 and It’s Application
摘要
This paper presents open loop and closed loop characteristics of high Bandwidth Current Feedback Amplifier OPA 695, having bandwidth of 1900 MHz at a gain of ±1, and 600 MHz at a gain of ±8. Here this paper presents application of designing of different wave shaping circuit like inverting and non inverting mode integrator, differentiator, oscillator etc. The transfer function of integrator and differentiator is also implemented with proper design values, the circuit is being designed, analyzed and verified result using TINA simulation software, assuming the device is ideal. Non idealities will not effect on results so much. Both Integrator and differentiator circuits give good response for wide frequency range of up to 100 MHz which has been verified by applying time domain input signal of Square wave and Triangular wave respectively. Inverting integrator is tested by applying 50 MHz time domain Triangular wave input signal, whereas non-inverting integrator is tested by applying 40 MHz time domain Triangular wave input signal. Differentiator circuit is being tested by applying 60 MHz time domain square wave input signal Design of oscillator circuit using Double Integrator Loop (DIL) is also presented here of frequency 1GHz and also be tested with suitable design value for this frequency.
