To study the impact of land use change on phosphorus uptake in suburban streams, sediment samples were collected monthly from the source streams on the edge of Hefei city. Through experimental cultivation analysis, it was found that the total absorption potential and non biological absorption potential of phosphorus in stream sediment were higher in summer than in autumn. Among them, the phosphorus absorption potential of sediment at sampling point 3 is significantly higher than that of other sampling points. Regardless of whether it is summer or autumn, the contribution rate of biogenic phosphorus uptake in the sediment at the four sampling points is lower than that of abiotic uptake, and the differences between them are significant. This indicates that human disturbance caused by land use change has a significant impact on the biological uptake of phosphorus in stream sediment.

摘要
