Adaptive Electro-hydraulic Pulse System for Controlling the Technological Parameters of Oil Wells
摘要
The architecture of the complex with implosion formation of short shock waves and a closed control loop that coordinates the electrodischarge path with the hydrodynamics of the channel and reservoir properties is described. Operating “windows” of modes (pressure amplitude, front duration, repetition frequency) and a standardized test protocol are formed; PLC-oriented real-time algorithms are implemented for automatic adjustment of parameters according to sensor readings and technological limitations. functional and structural diagram, time diagrams of the cycle “energy accumulation → discharge → implosion amplification → pulse transmission → reverse control” and the results of bench and production tests (waveforming/reflection oscillograms, an example of installation of the ЦА-320 unit above the tank). It is shown that the proposed approach increases the selectivity of action on colmated filtration channels, reduces the use of reagents and downtime, and also ensures the stability of regimes under changing reservoir conditions, which is the basis for industrial adaptation of the technology.
