Primary research task: to develop and evaluate the stream encryption scenario of utilizing in low-resource systems the based on noncommutative CET-operations in limited resources stream ciphers; to develop and scientifically justify the structure of the device applicable to the execution of encryption scenario in limited resources stream ciphers. The object of research: processes of information transformation in the limited resource stream ciphers in control channels based on CET-operations. Subject of research: scientific and methodological apparatus of construction and implementation of SET-operations of managed information. The results of the analysis prove that the scenario have it own positive and negative aspects. For example, restrictions on their existence were established and formalized, which take into account the use of classified groups of CET operations. This allowed us to proceed to the study of proposed stream encryption scenarios. The results of modeling the information conversion processes confirmed the correctness of the cryptographic system under different encryption scenario. In addition, these results confirmed the validity of the hypothesis about the possibility of improving stream encryption systems based on the use of CET operations that allow permutation of operands. In addition, it was defined mobile and stationary systems of limited resources cryptographic security of the confidential data as the most suitable branch for the application of the acquired results.
