Introduction
摘要
As young engineers, we dream of creating innovative technology that will transform the world. During our studies, we learn the fundamentals without talking too much about the day in the life of an engineer in the workplace. They don’t teach us about office politics, cubicle life, or psychological safety. Soon, we realize that doing engineering feels more like hurdling than a professional practice. As we jump hurdle after hurdle, the thrill of doing engineering slowly starts to fade away. We can't let that happen.
