Higher education institutions are increasingly using multimedia to strengthen visibility and attract prospective students. This study presents an iterative production pipeline for developing animated promotional content for academic programs in a Philippine university. A six-episode series was produced, each aligned with a program specialization and created in 2D, 3D, or live-action formats. The pipeline followed iterative pre-production, production, and post-production phases, using tools such as Blender, Adobe Creative Cloud, Mixamo, and Auto-Rig Pro. Evaluation from forty undergraduate students showed high satisfaction across all categories, with mean scores ranging from 3.95 to 4.84 for Animation Quality, 4.33 to 4.60 for Story and Content, and 4.42 to 4.76 for Knowledge Gained. Reliability analysis confirmed strong internal consistency for animation items (Cronbach’s α = 0.81). The findings validate the feasibility of student-led multimedia pipelines for institutional promotion and propose a scalable workflow that integrates animation style selection, resource allocation, and audience-centered design.
