Utilizing integrated UV sensor data, weather forecast data and user data, the wearable sends personal UV radiation warning messages and recommendations for managing UV risk. As a solar powered device, it educates users on how to protect themselves from excessive UV exposure. Experimental data verifies that the system is effective at reducing the amount of UV radiation exposure experienced by users.
