Enhancement of Technical Creativity (ETC) via conventionally popular brainstorming has restrictions; its results can be compared to 'finding a needle in a haystack'.  ETC also detects, identifies, and removes (or at least suppresses) various kinds of Psychological Inertia (PI) that fixate our mind to think unidirectionally on non-inventive pathways. Both ETC & elimination of PI are systematically advanced, mostly concurrently, primarily by select 'methods' and graded 'examples', respectively.
