The study focuses on the preparation of elastomer blends based on natural rubber and a filler—cellulose at various temperatures ranging from 95 to 140 °C. The influence of mixing temperature and filler content on the mechanical properties of the elastomer blends was examined. The filler content in the blend was 0, 27.6, and 55 phr. The prepared blends were analyzed for hardness, tensile strength, and elongation at break before and after thermo-oxidative aging. The mixing temperature and filler content primarily affected hardness, as well as tensile strength and elongation at break. The highest values of tensile properties (tensile strength and elongation at break) were achieved by the blend with a filler content of 27.6 phr, mixed at a temperature of 110 °C.

摘要
