The Northern Patagonian forests, positioned at the crossroads of temperate biomes and shaped by a complex interplay of climatic, geological, and social forces, offer a unique lens through which to explore the ecological and socio-economic challenges of the Anthropocene. Across the preceding chapters, this volume has examined these ecosystems from transhemispheric, structural, and applied perspectives, drawing parallels and contrasts with Northern Hemisphere counterparts such as Central European beech forests. Together, the chapters demonstrate that understanding and managing forest change under accelerating global pressures requires not only disciplinary integration but also collaboration across hemispheres and knowledge systems.

摘要
