Corporate Social Responsibility Kaleidoscope: Comprehensive Framework for Social Innovators
摘要
Social innovators are a vital part of sustainable entrepreneurship and need clear guidance to navigate the transition from Industry 4.0 to Industry 5.0 responsibly (Audretsch et al. in The strategic management of place at work: Why, what, how and where, Springer Nature, 2023). The rapid diffusion of artificial intelligence (AI) highlights the limits of existing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) models, which seldom address the wider implications of digital transformation (Knaut CSR und Digitalisierung, 2017). Corporate Digital Responsibility (CDR) has remained largely confined to information ethics, without integrating the broader responsibilities outlined in established CSR frameworks (Carroll Acad Manag Rev 4(4):497–505, 1979; Martin Harvard Business Rev 80(3):68–75, 2002). Our chapter introduces the CSR Kaleidoscope, the first framework that systematically integrates CSR and CDR across six dimensions within a comprehensive CSR architecture. It enables organizations to recognize cross-effects, align objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs), and make portfolio decisions that advance both societal value and organizational performance in support of sustainable entrepreneurship.
