Optimizing Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) Using Metaheuristic Approximation in Charging Condition
摘要
This chapter discusses using metaheuristic methods to regulate the control of MPPT MOSFET switches on buck-boost converters. It considers the dynamic parameters of solar panels, namely irradiation and cell temperature, as well as the battery’s voltage and current responses, as input to the intelligent system that will decide the switching conditions on the MOSFET buck-boost converter. By optimizing this process, the battery charging process can be more stable and can extend the battery life.
