Endoscopic skull base reconstruction has evolved significantly over the last two decades, allowing us to tackle complex skull base pathologies. One of the breakthroughs in improving postoperative outcomes was the discovery of the Hadad nasoseptal flap. Since then there have been many variations of this flap described as well as other intranasal pedicled flaps. This chapter will outline the steps to elevating the nasoseptal flap.
