In this article, we present the Privacy Management and Awareness Service (PMAS), a software platform designed to assist data controllers in generating privacy assessment questionnaires and user-friendly privacy awareness panels. PMAS allows operators to specify the key features of a smart environment, including data types, devices involved, and target user profiles. Leveraging large language models (LLMs), PMAS automatically generates tailored technical assessment documents for system operators as well as personalized information panels for end users, even those with minimal experience in digital technologies. Moreover, we describe a proof-of-concept implementation that integrates LLMs to dynamically produce the required documentation based on collected inputs.
