Positive Psychology
摘要
Often, mental health care focuses solely on helping patients feel “less miserable”—treating anxiety, easing depression, or coping with stress. This chapter takes a different perspective while not discounting the other. Grounded in the principles of positive psychology, it explores how clinicians can help patients build happier, more fulfilling lives by focusing on evidence-based practices that have been shown to increase happiness and joy. This chapter offers a practical framework for promoting emotional well-being—one that fits naturally into everyday primary care.
