Epigenetic Modification Due to Childhood Abuse and Its Relation to Social Behaviour Regulation and ASPD: A Fifth-Order Adaptive Network Analysis
摘要
In this chapter, a fifth-order adaptive dynamical system is presented to model epigenetic modification due to childhood abuse and its relation to Antisocial personality disorder (ASPD). There is a large body of Gene x Environment studies available that investigate the association between these topics. These studies suggest that there is an association between DNA methylation in the low-expressing MAO-A gene, childhood abuse and the development of ASPD. The proposed fifth-order adaptive dynamical system model was designed as a network based on the network reification principle.
