Didactic Strategies for Teaching Foreign Languages in Distance Vocational Training: A Global Entrepreneurship Perspective
摘要
Global entrepreneurship is present in all professional training, through the development of essential skills, including linguistic abilities. Furthermore, we acknowledge the importance of distance education not only as a means to facilitate access but also as a setting for the development of additional competencies for the workplace. This study is grounded on these premises and poses the following research question: What didactic aspects are crucial in developing a model for teaching foreign languages in distance vocational training (MDFP@)? The aim was to identify elements and pedagogical strategies that effectively contribute to the success of trainees in digital learning environments. Employing a mixed-methods research approach and using data triangulation, this study thoroughly examines the outcomes of the conducted experiments. This chapter focuses on a segment of the investigation that directly pertains to the foundational pedagogical strategies structured within the MDFP@ model. The strategies underscored herein demonstrate the efficacy of an integrated and adaptive approach, tailored to meet the cultural and individual nuances of the trainees, thereby enhancing digital resource utilization for more effective and inclusive learning outcomes.
