In a dynamically changing world, one of the crucial challenges we face is emerging cultural diversity. This chapter describes the foundations of a program that combines stimulating children’s creativity with the development of their multicultural competencies. The aim of the chapter is to illustrate how transformational wisdom can be cultivated through educational practices that encourage both creativity and cultural empathy, ultimately contributing to the building of a more harmonious society. Based on experiences from implementing the Creativity Compass program in elementary schools, we discuss the practical application of transformational wisdom, focusing on fostering openness to new ideas and diverse cultural perspectives. In conclusion, we pose new questions about wisdom-oriented education and supporting transformationally creative individuals who can make positive and significant changes in the world.
