This chapter discusses how AI can be used to engage stakeholders in the development of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) on the AI for Good Facebook page (AIFG). It examines the use of AI by stakeholders to cooperate to achieve the objective using stakeholder engagement and network analysis. The results indicate that AI-based platforms are transforming the production of knowledge and policymaking in global development through collaboration. Nevertheless, the lack of a unifying stakeholder system to engage AI remains a hindrance to inclusiveness and scalability in the development of the SDGs. Meanwhile, AI is considered both an enabler, a new gateway to innovation and collaboration, and a disruptor, bringing up questions of ethics, governance, and inequality in the age of AI. In doing so, AI becomes both an object and a channel of diplomacy, allowing the emergence of novel patterns of engagement in the sustainable development discourse.
