The emergence of Vehicular Cloud Computing has revolutionized the ability to perform resource-intensive applications. This advancement relies on task offloading between vehicles or between vehicles and cloud servers. However, ensuring secure offloading is a challenge. To overcome this, Blockchain is a promising solution. In this paper, we propose a Blockchain-based solution for Vehicular Cloud Computing environment. Specifically, we introduce a model for parked vehicles, where vehicles offload their tasks to each other. The performance evaluation of this model demonstrates that Blockchain technology provides a trustworthy and cost-effective solution.
