Food security remains a critical challenge in Africa, exacerbated by climate change, resource mismanagement, and inefficiencies in agricultural decision-making. This paper introduces the Decision Support System (DSS) Framework, an intelligent decision support system designed to optimize agricultural productivity and resource allocation. By leveraging data analytics, machine learning, and IoT integration, the framework provides actionable insights for small-scale farmers, policymakers, and agribusiness stakeholders. The study evaluates the framework’s effectiveness in predictive crop management, supply chain optimization, and real-time decision-making. Our results indicate that the IACDSS framework significantly enhances agricultural resilience and food production efficiency, positioning it as a transformative tool for AgriTech and food security initiatives.
