Nanozymes in Viral Infections
摘要
Nanozymes, which encompass nanoparticles responsible for enzymatic activities, are becoming increasingly crucial in various clinical therapy applications. These unique moieties exhibit multi-enzyme mimic activities, possess high stability and modified easily, making them versatile tools in medical science. The utility of nanozymes is evident for treating various disorders, including cancer, bacterial infections, neurological disorders and fungal infections. Additionally, these also show potential to manifest viral infection like FeS2 in nucleic acid amplifications. The incorporation of these nano formulation products has demonstrated potential in the on-site identification of ingredients of foods and other environmental pollutants and diseases associated with immune biomarkers. Such applications suggest nanozymes with that potent candidate for precision medicine. However, there are challenges that are still fundamental even with the major advantages of simplicity, sensitivity, cost effectiveness and detection, which limit the formulation and incorporation of drugs in nanozymes. Furthermore, the environmental assessments show customizing processes and improved environmental issues. These also indicate the changing trends of driving enhancements of biomedical uses. However, still research and regulatory considerations are mandatory for a better understanding of the utilization of the nanozymes. The objectives of this chapter are to comprehend the understanding of the function of nanozymes in viral infections, their types, treatment issues and the difficulties in using these nanozymes also to highlight the future of nanozymes in drug therapy.
