This qualitative chapter explored the ecclesiastical influence on advancing social equity in nourishment for Zimbabwean HIV-positive rural learners with disabilities in Masvingo North case of Alliance Church. It highlights the vital role that religious institutions play in addressing nutritional deficiencies and promoting social equity amidst the challenges faced by vulnerable populations. The study aimed to fill the research gap regarding the specific contributions of ecclesiastical bodies in mitigating food insecurity and nourishing HIV-positive learners with disabilities in rural settings. Fifteen participants were purposively selected based on their gender, expertise, disability, and geographical location. Data were generated from two focus group discussions: one with learners with disabilities and the other with adult participants. The data were thematically analyzed using Clarke and Braun’s (2006) process, revealing significant insights into the role of ecclesiastical influence on food provision and social justice. One key finding revealed that ecclesiastical organizations effectively mobilized community resources and fostered partnerships, which in turn enhanced the nutritional support available to HIV-positive learners with disabilities, leading to improved health outcomes and educational participation. Therefore, it is recommended that ecclesiastical institutions strengthen their collaborative efforts with local government and non-governmental organizations to develop and implement sustainable nourishment programs tailored specifically for HIV-positive learners with disabilities, ensuring long-term support and equity in education.
