Further study of kinesthesis reveals different levels and types of mobility. Based on Aristotle’s categorisation of movement into six kinds and following Husserl’s method of eidetic variation, the analysis begins with kinaesthetic immobility, then focuses on configurational movement, and finally on locomotor movement. In particular, the study of the latter, using phenomenological method, shows that kinaesthetic locomotion is based on configurational kinaesthetic mobility and not vice versa.

摘要

Further study of kinesthesis reveals different levels and types of mobility. Based on Aristotle’s categorisation of movement into six kinds and following Husserl’s method of eidetic variation, the analysis begins with kinaesthetic immobility, then focuses on configurational movement, and finally on locomotor movement. In particular, the study of the latter, using phenomenological method, shows that kinaesthetic locomotion is based on configurational kinaesthetic mobility and not vice versa.
