In today's world, national security depends on strong military forces and effective border control. Soldiers play a key role and their health is a priority, especially during high-risk missions. They often face real dangers, stress, and harsh conditions. To improve safety, long-range health monitoring systems using biosensors and GPS are essential. The M-Wellbeing system uses wearable tech and GSM communication to track soldiers’ health and location, sending data back to base. However, identifying real threats becomes harder near enemy lines, especially with added medical and environmental challenges. This article proposes using such systems for real-time monitoring and early health assessments.
