Fabrication of Anatase Nanoporous Films by Glow Discharge Plasma Electrolysis for Removal of Methylene Blue in Water
摘要
This study reports on the possibility of fabricating TiO2 films using glow discharge plasma electrolysis method. The SEM and Raman results indicate that the surface of the fabricated films consists of rice-shaped nanoparticles with an anatase phase structure. A degradation efficiency of about 90% is achieved when TiO2 films are employed as a photocatalyst for treatment of methylene blue (MB) in water after 180 min of white light LED irradiation.
