The Degree of Use of Artificial Intelligence Applications and Its Relationship to the Quality of Performance at Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University from the Point of View of Faculty Members

This study aims to investigate the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications and their relationship to the quality of performance among faculty members at Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University in Riyadh. A descriptive-correlational approach was employed, and the study population comprised all faculty members (6,842) at the university. The sample consisted of 268 randomly selected faculty members. Data were collected using a self-administered electronic questionnaire and analyzed using various statistical methods. The results revealed the following: The level of AI application use was high. The level of performance quality was also high. A significant relationship exists between AI applications and performance quality at the university. The study recommends establishing specialized university departments to monitor and optimize the use of AI technologies across various academic and administrative units, thereby enhancing performance quality.
