Artificial Intelligence’s Role in Enhancing Fintech Banking Services

The research purposes to identify the role of AI in enhancing banking services in commercial banks 280ployees of commercial banks in the Sultanate of Oman. A convenient sample of (265) employees was selected. Google forms were employed to collect data using questionnaires, and (250) valid questionnaires were retrieved for the analysis. Among the most important results reached are the presence of a very high level of big data analysis for the application of smart systems to detect fraud and automate banking operations in commercial banks. There is a great improvement in the level of banking services in Among these banks. The outcomes presented no statistically significant impact of big data analysis and the application of smart fraud detection systems on improving banking performance in commercial banks in the Sultanate of Oman. However, there was a statistically significant impact on the banking process automation. Factors such as improving the ability of the banks to apply digital processes and procedures related to AI, especially when formulating policies, the specialized authorities who are seeking to employ these technologies in proper use and to ensure optimal performance.
