Digital Inspection and Simulated Pre-assembly Technology for Steel Structure Building
摘要
TheDigital inspection application of simulated pre-assembly technology in steelSteel structure construction has seen a surge in popularity. This paper tackles the prevalent issues in practical applications of simulated pre-assembly, namely, inconsistent technical standards and the challenge of achieving the desired execution accuracy. It delves into the utilization of three-dimensional laser scanning technology for achieving high-precision digitization of steelSteel bridge segments. Building upon these three-dimensional digital models, rigorous inspections are conducted to assess both the manufacturing accuracy of individual segments and the matching effectiveness of multiple segment ports, accompanied by comprehensive application demonstrations. The application results indicate that the method described in this paper can replace physical pre-assembly and meet the requirements of relevant technical specifications.
