Study on Stability of Fastener-Type Super-Thin-Walled Steel Tube Support System
摘要
In this paper, the stabilityStability of fastener-typeFastener-type support system super-thin-walled steelSteel pipe support frame is studied. The finite element model is established by ABAQUS, determined the boundary conditions and element types of the model. By comparing the results with those of typical entity tests, the effectiveness of the established model and the analysis method was verified. Based on this finite element model, the influence laws of the height step distance of the sweep rod and the spacing of the vertical rods on the stabilityStability and load-bearing performance of the neutral rods in the support system were further analyzed. The research results show that as the height of the sweep rod increases. As the step distance and the spacing of the vertical poles increase, the load-bearing capacity of the supporting structure shows a gradually decreasing trend, and its offset also keeps increasing accordingly. Finally, through theoretical research and numerical simulation analysis, some suggestions on specification selection which are beneficial to construction safety are given in terms of structural requirements and selection.
